We enjoyed digging for clams at the beach, and the location made it easy to access all sorts of fun activities. The manager was especially friendly, greeting us each morning and offering coffee, making our mornings even brighter.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use better maintenance for families. We noticed some tile cracks and wished for more seating around the pool.

Friendly staff, clean room, the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs, like providing a laundry pod when I needed to do laundry, and I appreciated the small touches like cucumber water and coffee available at any time in the lobby.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The large deer group roaming the hotel was a fun surprise!

The location offered a beautiful pathway to the beach, resembling a secret garden, and we appreciated the presence of deer in the morning. However, lacking air conditioning made our room uncomfortably hot, and the bathtub showed significant wear and tear with multiple cracks. The cleanliness was also concerning, as we found hair on a pillow and dried blood on a sheet, impacting our overall comfort during our short stay.

We really loved how close the ocean shores beach was, just a 10-minute stroll away, and enjoyed some nice walks along Weatherwax Trail, surrounded by beautiful nature.

Diving into local eats, Red Genie Pizza was a pie of dreams, and Pirate's Cove Pub? Pure vibes! The lady at check-in was a gem, friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home.

But driving to the beach was no biggie after all!

It was a balanced option for a weekend vacation in Ocean Shores with very good value for money. The room was decent, but the sliding screen door to the balcony didn’t work, making it tricky to enjoy the outside. Keep an eye on your charges. I had an unauthorized charge after checking in.

Request a second floor room for quieter surroundings and better ocean views, as some ground level areas can be noisy.
